Combine:
1 cup plus 1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp plus 2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp plus 2 tsp black pepper
Store in air tight container. Use approximately 2 tbsp per pound of meat. Much more economical than the individual packages and easier to keep a supply on hand.
